More realistic behaviour

First of all let me say, it´s a great fun playing around with the MBC: Thank you so much, Grant!
In a real musicbox movement there´s a fixed distance between the teeth of each starwheel. Unless this distance isn´t kept between two holes punched in the strip at the same note, the starwheel can´t be moved, the note will not be played a second time. (Am I clear
I´d really appreciate MBC to simulate this behaviour in its playback-mode, would make it much easier considering, how the things one is doing will sound in real life

There is an option in the settings menu to at highlight the "illegal" notes which an actual music box can't play in succession, they will appear as rings rather than solid circles. Can potentially go through and toggle those as inactive as a workaround in a pinch.

At some point during the winter I'm hoping to be able to machine out some wheels that have a few extra teeth to allow playing closer spaced notes in succession.
