Looks like I'll need to do a pass on the 3.6.layout file - it's ascii and editable but tedious to do so as there is no graphical editor for it so probably not something you want to dig into yourself.

Yes, the slowdowns do always seem to come down to permissions/UAC.

Hi More than likely the dialog is positioned off-screen - if in explorer to go to the maxroot/scripts/RPManager directory, edit the RenderPassManager.ini file, and see what the 'positionX' and 'positionY' values are set to - and then set to something like 200, ie [Parameters] positionX=200 positionY...

An update to support vray 3.6, the UI was only catering for 3.5 and was reverting to an early vray version so was a bit messed up.
