I would not be surprised this is a Max bug and not a RPmanager problem. I have a 5k monitor and even the default menu of 3ds Max are bugging (Max 2017, not tested on Max 2018)

Are you referring to the auto path generation settings in the elements tab ? Because i already tried to do this. it only create a sub-folder with all the passes folder but the render elements are no saving in those folders.
