Vray 6 Image Sampler Types are incorrect

I don't think there's official support for Vray 6 yet but I noticed the Image Sampler rollout the 'Type' dropdown only shows Fixed, DMC, and Subdivision with no way to pick the Progressive option (dmc is the current 'bucket' option). The Progressive Image Sampler rollout in RPManager does work fine but only once Progressive is selected via the regular 3ds max Render Setup dialog.
