Vray 3.6 -- rollout formatting

Hi Grant,

There are probably other areas too but I noticed some controls are being overwritten in the Vray Globals compatibility area.

(Like the new forum - real fresh and snappy).

Looks like I'll need to do a pass on the 3.6.layout file - it's ascii and editable but tedious to do so as there is no graphical editor for it so probably not something you want to dig into yourself.

There is a new "separate folders" command for render elements. Would love to have that visible in the rollouts.
